1 can of Goya cannellini beans rinsed and drained
1/8 (pinch) teaspoon Colman's dry mustard
2 tablespoons of ground horseradish
salt to taste (a little more than you think)
1 clove garlic minced
put all ingredients in a food processor
olive oil drizzled in until you get the consistency you like (1/4 to 1/3 cup)
